New Construction and Renovation

Whether the project is new building construction or renovation of an existing structure, we provide the trained personnel, the organizational skills, and the coordination to produce a quality product in a time frame consistent with today’s typically aggressive schedules.

In most projects, F. H. Alexander, Inc. acts as a conventional General Contractor, with design documents produced by the Owner’s or Tenant’s design professional.

Recently completed projects include a new rental car maintenance facility with administrative offices and a car wash building, renovation and upgrade of seventeen convenience stores for Speedway, Inc., and an Operations Center for Hudson River Community Credit Union.
