When renovating Bountiful Bread at Stuyvesant Plaza, we needed a fair amount of work done in a 31 day window, starting on New Years Day, and finishing on January 31. They completed the work on time and on budget.”
“They are very easy to work with, and are very good at marshaling sub contractors. The cabinet maker backed out two weeks before work was to start, and FHA pulled a rabbit out of a hat and made it happen. The whole project was delivered a day early.” “It was a huge project and most contractors said it would be a six week job. FHA gave us the lowest bid and were most sure they would deliver. Frank Alesandrini is an old school guy, and if he says he is going to do something, it gets done. They are good communicators and good craftsmen.” “The two other renovation projects were delivered faster than promised and at a reasonable price. We have never had to hassle with FHA over money.
