| Project Description: | 3,000 square foot wood frame building with brick veneer.
New construction, interior fit up and finishes. Tenant build out. Serotta’s features a large reception area, a large room for manicures and pedicures, a salon, five treatment rooms, and relaxation rooms. Greek columns contribute to the stylish atmosphere. The building shell was started in October 2005; Serotta’s opened on February 16, 2006. Serotta’s Day Spa and Salon is a full-service day spa and salon offering a wide range of services including massage, skin treatments, manicures and hair styling for men and women. |
